2019 Hyundai Sonata

- Inflate all tires to proper pressure. Inspect tires for wear and damage. Cursory inspection of all four brakes while tires are off. Clean and lubricate wheel studs. Torque all wheel nuts to manufacturers specifications. Cursory inspection of suspension components.
- Inspect seat belt. Driver seat belt does not retract readily and needs assistance to feed back in. Full belt out completely and inspect and found no visual issues with the belt itself. Symptom indicates a problem with the belt assembly itself. Recommend replacement of driver's seat belt.
- Road test. Felt a brake vibration at higher speeds in the steering wheel while braking. Inspect all brakes. Also heard a squeaking noise when backing up coming from the rear. Found left front brake rotor with two and a half thousands run out. Found a brake hardware in rear rubbing on brake rotor. Will need to replace front brake rotors for vibration. Needs rear brake abutment clips that fit better for noise issue in rear.
