- Road test. Felt misfire occur and check engine light came on. Light is flashing and vehicle is going into limp mode. Inspect PCM for codes. Found code P0303 for cylinder 3 misfire. Gain access to coil and plug for cylinder 3. Found crack and arc in coil. Plug looks ok. Replace number 3 coil and assemble. Clear codes and road test. Misfire is gone and codes did not return.
